If you just want some help to get moving, perhaps you need external motivation and accountability, personal training might be just the thing for you.

These sessions are just you and me* and I can come to your home, or we can meet in a local park or forest.  Our primary focus is moving and I plan every session to your specific needs. You will finish each session feeling energised and grow stronger and fitter.

It’s important to recognise your progress, and see the massive impact movement has, and also that these sessions are created with your needs in mind.  So all these packages include a physical and lifestyle assessment, goal setting and support with food and eating.

Personal Training sessions are paid for in blocks and instalments can be paid on a monthly basis.

  • One session = £45
  • Block of 5 or 10 sessions = £40

*if you’d like to move with a friend just let me know, we’ll make this work for you both.  Mixing movement with socialising is great motivation.
