Solo Movement

Enjoy Movement in Eight Weeks

If you want to make changes, but would prefer to have my sole attention, private sessions might be for you.  My coaching and personal training experience have helped many people make sustainable changes and lead a healthier more active life.

My eight-week package includes two 90 minute sessions with me, each week.  We’ll split this time so that not only do you move, with an exercise session designed specifically for your needs, but we’ll also have dedicated coaching time to really help you adopt changes that work with the way you live your life.

This mix of dedicated coaching time, in addition to exercise, really helps you take control and cement behaviour change.

We’ll really get to grips with what aspirations you have and understand what is holding you back.  We’ll work together so that you finish the course feeling more energised, confident and have a solid foundation in how to live a healthy life, your way.  Of course, we’ll be moving too, so you’ll really feel the physical and mental changes that movement gives.

This course is £1120 if paid in advance.  It can also be paid in two monthly payments of £575 per month.

Just Movement

If you just want some help to get moving, perhaps you need external motivation and accountability, a movement only package might be just the thing for you.

These sessions are just you and me* and I can come to your home, or we can meet in a local park or forest.  Our primary focus is moving and I plan every session to your specific needs. You will finish each session feeling energised and grow stronger and fitter.

It’s important to recognise your progress, and see the massive impact movement has, and also that these sessions are created with your needs in mind.  So all these packages include a physical and lifestyle assessment, goal setting and support with food and eating.

Sessions are paid for in blocks and instalments can be paid on a monthly basis.

One session = £45

Block of 5 or 10 sessions = £40

*if you’d like to move with a friend just let me know, we’ll make this work for you both.  Mixing movement with socialising is great motivation.
