Boxing is a great way to get fit whilst challenging your brain, by learning or developing a new skill.  Learning proper technique is key to getting a good workout, as well as protecting you from injury.

JOIN ME  for personal boxing training.  No experience is necessary, I’ll teach you the basics and we’ll progress according to your skills and experience.  If you already box but would love the chance of some focused one to one time to hone your skills, then these sessions are also for you.
