I run boxing workshops throughout the year, usually every 6-8 weeks.  These are suitable for all levels of experience and ability.  They are a great way to learn a new skill (and challenge your brain!), whilst getting stronger and fitter.

Weekly Boxing Class

I am starting a new weekly boxing class on Friday morning in Bells Yew Green Hall.

10 am – 10.45 am – starts Friday 11th January 2019

All equipment is provided.  You will need to know basic boxing skills to join the class.

£10 per class paid termly in advance.
